- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar or red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons italian seasoning
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt or to taste
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Instructions
- In a bowl or freezer bag, combine all marinade ingredients.
- Add the chicken to the marinade and toss to coat well.
- Cover the chicken and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes up to 4 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and let excess drip off; discard the remaining marinade.
- Grill the chicken for 7 to 8 minutes, then flip and cook for another 7 to 8 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F.
- Transfer to a plate and let rest for 3 to 5 minutes before slicing.
