Description

These High Protein Cheesecake Jars are a delicious twist on dessert, combining cottage cheese and yogurt for a creamy bite that’s full of flavor. Perfect for a quick and healthy treat!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 graham cracker sheets, crushed
  • 1 cup 2% cottage cheese
  • ½ cup plain skyr yogurt, or full-fat greek
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • Fresh fruit
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Nut Butter

Instructions

  1. Add the cottage cheese, yogurt, maple syrup, protein powder, and vanilla bean paste to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Place crushed graham crackers at the bottom of two jars.
  3. Evenly distribute the cheesecake filling into each jar.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve plain or with your favorite cheesecake toppings.

Notes

For a healthier option, use fresh fruit as toppings.
