- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp matcha powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter and white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth. Stir in the matcha powder until well mixed, then set aside to cool slightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, and kosher salt.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until everything is fully combined.
- Gently fold in the flour just until there are no streaks left.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Drizzle the slightly cooled matcha ganache over the brownie batter evenly.
