Description

This Orange Creamsicle Pie features a delightful blend of mandarin oranges and creamy yogurt, creating an irresistibly refreshing taste. Perfect for gatherings or a quick treat, this easy recipe ensures everyone will love it!


Ingredients

  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 15 ounces mandarin oranges (1 can drained, juice reserved)
  • 3.4 ounces orange jello mix
  • 12 ounces orange creamsicle yogurt (2 containers)
  • 8 ounces whipped cream plus more for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large glass bowl, combine the orange jello mix with 1/4 cup of reserved mandarin orange juice and microwave on high for 1 minute.
  2. Let the gelatin mixture chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes until it thickens.
  3. Whisk in the orange creamsicle yogurt and Cool Whip into the thickened gelatin.
  4. Gently fold in 1/2 cup of chopped mandarin oranges.
  5. Pour the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust.
  6. Top with dollops of whipped cream and whole mandarin oranges.
  7. Refrigerate the pie until set, about 4 hours, or freeze for 2 hours for a frozen treat.
