- 1½ tablespoons olive oil
- ⅓ cup pizza sauce
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup pepperoni slices

Instructions
- Pour 1½ tablespoons of olive oil into a 10-inch cast-iron skillet, swirling it around to coat the sides.
- Roll or stretch the pizza dough into a 10-inch circle and place it in the oiled skillet.
- Preheat your oven to 475℉.
- Let the dough rest in a warm area for 30 minutes, like near the preheating oven.
- Spread pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a ¼-inch border. Add mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, and parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake the pizza for 15 to 20 minutes, until the crust is crisp.
Notes
Allowing the dough to rest helps achieve a better texture.
