- 1 pound roma tomatoes
- ½ red onion
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
- ¼ freshly ground black pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon cumin
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Finely dice the roma tomatoes and remove the seeds and pulp from the center.
- Finely chop the red onion and cilantro.
- In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir well.
- Chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving, or enjoy immediately.
Notes
