Description

This Spicy Pickle Margarita combines bold flavors with simple preparation. Made with high-quality tequila and zesty dill pickle juice, it’s an irresistible drink that’s perfect for gatherings or a cozy evening at home.


Ingredients

  • 3 oz. high-quality tequila
  • 3 oz. orange liquor
  • 3 oz. dill pickle juice, I used Claussen kosher dill pickles
  • ½ medium jalapeño, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon Lawry's seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Lime wedges
  • Optional – sparkling water

Instructions

  1. Combine tequila, orange liquor, dill pickle juice, jalapeños, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ice to the shaker, secure the lid, and shake until well mixed.
  3. Prepare the glass rim by mixing Lawry's seasoning and cayenne pepper on a plate, then rub a lime wedge around the glass top and dip it into the seasoning.
  4. Fill cocktail glasses with ice and pour in the margarita mixture.
  5. Garnish with pickle slices, jalapeño slices, and lime wedges. Optionally, top with sparkling water for fizz.

Notes

Adjust the spice level by modifying the amount of jalapeño and cayenne pepper.
For a refreshing twist, add a splash of sparkling water before serving.
