- ¼ cup olive oil or light flavored oil
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme or ¼ teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1 clove garlic minced or more to taste
Instructions
- In a glass bowl or freezer bag, mix olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, parsley, rosemary, pepper, thyme, and garlic together.
- Add up to 2 pounds of steak into the marinade and let it sit for at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
- Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the leftover mixture.
- Grill or broil the steak to your desired doneness.
Notes
For more flavor, marinate the steak up to 4 hours.
Feel free to add your favorite herbs or spices to customize the marinade.
Using a freezer bag makes it easy to mix and coat the steak thoroughly.
