- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tbsp half & half
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose baking mix
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup half & half
- 4 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1 cup strawberries (chopped)
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the baking mix and sugar.
- Stir in 1/2 cup half & half and melted butter until a soft dough forms.
- Gently fold in the chopped strawberries and white chocolate chips.
- Drop 1 1/2 tbsp scoops of dough onto the prepared cookie sheet, ensuring space between cookies for spreading.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
- For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar and 1-2 tbsp half & half, then drizzle over cooled cookies.
Notes
For best results, use fresh strawberries for maximum flavor.
Adjust the glaze thickness by varying the amount of half & half.
