- 1 large egg
- 1 cup (200g) sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ cup (100g) reese’s pieces
- 1 cup (136g) finely chopped reese’s peanut butter cups
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line two cookie sheets with Silpats or parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, egg, sugars, and baking soda until mixed. You can do this by hand or with a mixer.
- Fold in the Reese’s Pieces and chopped peanut butter cups into the mixture.
- Scoop out balls of dough onto the prepared cookie sheets. A 2-tablespoon cookie scoop works well for this.
- Flatten each cookie gently with the tines of a fork.
- Bake in the oven for 8 minutes, then allow to cool for 15 minutes before removing from the sheets.
