Ingredients

  • 50 g coconut butter
  • 2 big tsp extra virgin coconut oil (big teaspoons)
  • 7080 g shredded coconut chips
  • 5060 g cacao mass
  • 50 g cacao butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • 12 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 tsp extra virgin coconut oil
  • pinch of himalayan salt
  • 23 tsp coconut sugar (optional)

Instructions

  • In a double boiler, add all ingredients for the coconut layer.
  • Melt and blend the ingredients together slowly to form a thick coconut paste.
  • Once combined, pour the mixture into a glass or ceramic tray and refrigerate to firm up.
  • Prepare for the chocolate layer next.

Notes

Ensure the coconut butter is completely melted for a smooth texture.
Optional coconut sugar can be adjusted based on desired sweetness.
