- 50–60 g cacao mass
- 50 g cacao butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
- 1–2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 tsp extra virgin coconut oil
- pinch of himalayan salt
- 2–3 tsp coconut sugar (optional)
Instructions
- In a double boiler, add all ingredients for the coconut layer.
- Melt and blend the ingredients together slowly to form a thick coconut paste.
- Once combined, pour the mixture into a glass or ceramic tray and refrigerate to firm up.
- Prepare for the chocolate layer next.
