Description

This Vegetarian BLT is a delightful twist on a classic. With crispy vegetarian bacon, fresh lettuce, and juicy tomatoes on toasted bread, it’s a quick and satisfying meal for anyone craving homemade goodness.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread
  • 2 tbsp garlic aioli
  • 6 morningstar vegetarian bacon strips
  • 1 leaf lettuce
  • 1 sliced tomato

Instructions

  1. Crisp the desired number of vegetarian bacon strips in a skillet over medium heat, flipping halfway to ensure both sides are crispy.
  2. Toast the two slices of bread lightly, then spread garlic aioli on the inside of each slice.
  3. Layer the crispy bacon strips, lettuce, and sliced tomato on one slice, and top with the other slice.

Notes

Adjust the amount of garlic aioli to taste.
Feel free to add more toppings like avocado or cheese for extra flavor.
